OneLink’s Experienced Management Team

At OneLink, our team is a network of dedicated people who are focused on building a client-centric business. At the core of our solid foundation is a management team with a strong background in delivering technology solutions and a long history of creating successful high-tech businesses. The team has an entrepreneurial spirit that is infused in OneLink’s daily operations — creating an environment dedicated to forming lasting relationships, supporting uncompromised customer service, and providing unsurpassed systems reliability.

DeWayne Ashcraft – Owner

Providing the overall direction for OneLink and its strong network of people and solutions is DeWayne Ashcraft. DeWayne drives OneLink’s success through strategic positioning, strong engineering and business process improvement leadership. Prior to OneLink, DeWayne served as Director of Technical Services at ImageMax, a provider of outsourced document management solutions. Responsible for development, support and infrastructure, DeWayne managed large-scale online document management systems for multinational companies with thousands of locations and millions of records. Prior to ImageMax, DeWayne was the Information Systems Manager and 8th employee at Hyland Software. DeWayne was instrumental in growing Hyland Software from concept to international recognition.

Randy Zuendel – President

As President of Technical Services, Randy Zuendel is tasked with building a knowledgeable and efficient technology team to propel OneLink to be among the market leaders in price and customer service. Prior to OneLink, Randy was Information Security Officer at Deep Green Financial, where he was responsible for all aspects of network, information and physical security. Randy has been involved in the Information Technology industry for over 10 years. He is a Microsoft Certified professional and has been trained in key networking technologies. Randy is highly skilled in multiple security systems that include Checkpoint, Symantec, Snort, and Fortinet.

Patrick McGannon - Vice President
As Vice President, Patrick is responsible for account management, sales, marketing, vendor relations, ordering, and overseeing the success of the tech team.  He works hard to ensure that we are selling the best products for our clients.  Patrick is heavily focused on making clients’ networks and data as secure as possible with today’s technology.  He is able to do this because he is also a senior engineer at OneLink.  Marrying this technical expertise with sales has allowed us to quickly identify client’s technical needs and rapidly propose and deploy appropriate solutions.  Since Patrick does not come from a sales background, he is able to provide no-pressure proposals that directly address the technical needs of the client.  

In his free time, Patrick serves on the boards of two local 501c3 nonprofits.  One is the Village Bicycle Cooperative and the other is The Bay Village Green Team.
