- Referral commission is paid as follows: half paid 30 days after referred party completes Sales Agreement and all deposits and initial fees have been received by OneLink; remaining half paid 3 months later or at the completion of the project, provided all other conditions of referral program are met.
- A Sale is defined as a 12 month managed services contract, software solution implementation, including document management or other IT project.
- Rewards are paid as a credit against outstanding balances to OneLink. Your monthly service or any overage(s) will be automatically applied to your subsequent monthly service invoice(s). Your referrals can add up to FREE service for you every month.
- Cash will be paid at the same intervals if you have no outstanding OneLink balance.
- All Referral rewards will be voided and must be paid back to OneLink if you or any referred Customer violate or otherwise terminate any agreement with OneLink during the period covered by the contract.
- OneLink reserves the right to change, discontinue or terminate the referral rewards program at any time and is the sole arbiter of all referral reward distributions.
- Rewards may not be earned on prospects currently in OneLink's prospect database.
- Referral rewards are not retroactive and are not paid on referrals received prior to July 22, 2009.
